North Country Learning Center Helps Schools

NCLC has been helping local schools since 2001. Students with educational disabilities may present school districts with challenges for their education and clinical care which can not be served in a regular educational setting. Often these needs include challenging behavioral issues. NCLC helps schools by developing a student specific program to assist the student in learning the functional skills necessary to become a full member of their academic and home community.

NCLC helps students by teaching them the functional skills to self regulate, communicate effectively, establish friendships, and resolve conflicts while maintaining their progress in academic learning.
